Pricing

Fixed fee, agreed before anything starts.

We don’t bill by the hour. You shouldn’t pay more because something took us longer than we thought. Here’s what things cost, and what moves the number.

A single system

fromPKR90,000

3 to 5 weeks

One workflow, one or two kinds of user, launched in weeks rather than months.

A booking system that can't double-book. A client portal with documents and statuses. The spreadsheet three people are afraid to touch, rebuilt as software.

  • Written scope before anything starts
  • One or two user roles
  • Email notifications
  • Hosted on our infrastructure while we build
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch

A full application

fromPKR250,000

8 to 14 weeks

Several roles, integrations with systems you already run, and your existing data moved in.

The whole operation in one place: customers, staff and admin each seeing their own view, payments and accounting wired in, historic records migrated.

  • Everything in a single system
  • Three or more user roles with real permissions
  • Payment, accounting, email or SMS integrations
  • Migration of your existing data
  • Admin reporting
  • Staff walkthrough and written handover

Ongoing

PKR40,000per month

Rolling, cancel any time

Changes, support and small additions after launch. Month to month, no lock-in.

You've launched, the business keeps moving, and you want the person who built it to keep it moving with you.

  • An agreed number of change hours each month
  • Bug fixes at no charge
  • Dependency and security updates
  • Uptime monitoring
  • One working session a month

Prices are for clients billing in Pakistan. Work for clients elsewhere is quoted separately.

Every project is quoted individually. These are the bands most work lands in, not a menu. You’ll have the real number, in writing, within three working days of the call.

What changes the price

Four things, mostly.

If you can answer these before the call, the quote gets sharper and faster.

01

How many kinds of user there are

One admin is straightforward. Customers, staff, managers and an accountant, each seeing a different slice and allowed to do different things, is a different project.

02

How many systems it has to talk to

Every integration is someone else's API, someone else's failures and someone else's rate limits. Two is normal. Six is a project of its own.

03

Whether existing data has to be moved in

Ten years of spreadsheets with inconsistent names and three versions of the truth take real work to clean and import. Starting empty costs nothing.

04

How much is still undecided when we start

If the process only exists in someone's head, part of the job is deciding what it should be. That's fine, but it's work, and we'd rather price it than pretend it isn't there.

What the price always covers

A written scope
Every screen and every rule, agreed before a line of code is written.
One price and one date
Both fixed. They only move if you change what you asked for, and then in writing.
A working URL in week one
Updated every week after, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
Half to start, half on delivery
50% when you agree the scope, 50% when the system is delivered and running. The call and the scope itself cost nothing.
Your code on final payment
Transferred to you with everything needed to run it. Hosted on our infrastructure while we build, at no cost to you.
30 days of free fixes
Anything broken after launch is a bug, not a change order.
A handover you can read
How it works, how to run it, and what to tell the next developer.

What we don’t charge for, because we don’t do it

  • Brand and logo design
  • Copywriting for your marketing site
  • Ad campaigns, SEO retainers, social media
  • Third-party licences and your ongoing hosting after handover, which you pay directly, at cost

If you need one of these, say so on the call. We’ll point you at someone who does it properly rather than doing it badly ourselves.

Not sure which band you’re in?

Most people aren’t, and that’s fine. Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough to tell, and if it turns out you don’t need us, we’ll say that too.

Rather write it down? Send the details instead.
