A day of appointments across four doctors, with patient records that not everyone can read. Switch role at the top and watch what changes.

Receptionist: Books, checks in and cancels appointments for every doctor. Can’t read clinical notes and can’t delete anything.

Try to break it

  • Book two patients into the same slot with the same doctor.
  • Open a patient’s notes as the Receptionist.
  • Book an appointment at 9pm.
